Tit for Tat…

A funny incident happened today morning on the way to office.I couldn’t resist myself from blogging it here.
I was waiting for a traffic signal on my way to office. And on the footpath next to me I saw a foreigner walking in the opposite direction. There was a huge tree on the footpath with a cement basement built around it,thus allowing only a single person to move near the tree.A well-educated (?) IT professional for sure( wearing a dogs tag of a well-known MNC ) was on his bike riding over the footpath.Yes,u heard me right. Here in Bangalore people ride over the footpath also 🙂 and I really hate it. Seeing him coming in the opposite direction along the footpath, the foreigner just stopped near the tree, blocking his way completely. Then she immediately pulled out some slip and started writing something in it,as we all looked at both of them. And to my surprise, that fellow started honking at her to move away!!!! She looked at him and then again continued scribbling 🙂 This continued for almost a minute…Then she moved away and whispered something in his ears while passing.I didn’t hear that, but for sure she would have told something like this -“Have some civic sense,my friend. The footpath is for pedestrians not for ur god damn bike to move..Get on to the road, you $!#@$!@” !! 🙂

Tit for Tat..I really loved the lady’s bold and witty response. I was just laughing out loud to myself for the rest of the ride thinking about this incident.
